Three months ago, Lisa Haydon and husband Dino Lalvani welcomed their first child, Zack, into the world. And since then, the star has been sharing little glimpses from her baby boy’s life with well-wishers on Instagram every now and then.

Haydon’s latest post related to her son, however, carries an important message not just for new moms, but other fans as well. The star brought in World Breastfeeding Week with a picture of herself nursing little Zack, and shared some of the biggest benefits of the process with all her followers. “Breastfeeding has played such a big part in getting back into shape after giving birth to my baby,” Haydon stated. “…It’s such a beautiful way to bond and connect with your child plus all the nutritional benefits that your child gets from your milk.”

This isn’t the first time a famous Indian parent has spoken out about breastfeeding. In case you missed it, Mira Rajput Kapoor hung out with Vogue just last month, and shared some of her best parenting advice with fans too, saying, “If it’s possible, breastfeed your child. I think it’s the biggest gift you can give your child, it’s the biggest blessing a mother receives, to pass on to her child, it’s an extremely fulfilling experience, it’s very gratifying.”
