SEC releases TV schedule for 2017-18 Men’s Basketball season

With the tipoff of the 2017-2018 NCAA Men’s Basketball season coming in just under two months, the SEC announced Wednesday afternoon all of the television information, including game start times and networks, for all of the conference games this year.

The SEC says that all conference games will be carried by the ESPN networks — branded exclusively as “SEC on ESPN” — or CBS Sports. All games will be available to stream live online or on the respective smartphone apps from ESPN and CBS Sports.

SEC play begins on Dec. 30, 2017 and concludes on March 3, 2018. The conference tournament takes place on March 7-11 in St. Louis.

Here are the listings for a few of what appear to be many marquee games of the season. You can view the entire schedule here.

Georgia at Kentucky (Wildcats SEC home opener): Dec. 31, 6 p.m., ESPN South Carolina at Ole Miss (first SEC game after Gamecocks Final Four run): Dec. 31, 6 p.m., ESPN2 Florida at Missouri (Porter brothers first SEC home game for the Tigers): Jan. 6, 1 p.m., CBS Florida at Kentucky (potential College GameDay site): Jan. 20, 8:15 p.m., ESPN Texas A&M at Kansas (Big 12-SEC Challenge): Jan. 27, 4:30/7 p.m., ESPN Georgia at Florida (Valentine’s Day love to hate rivalry): Feb. 14, 9 p.m., SEC Network Vanderbilt at Ole Miss (regular-season finale): March 3, 8:30 p.m., SEC Network
