The Kentucky Wildcats will once again hold a pro day on campus ahead of the start of the college basketball season.

According to a report Wednesday afternoon from Scout.com’s Evan Daniels, John Calipari and the Wildcats will welcome representatives from NBA teams to a pro day on Sunday, October 8 and a team practice the following day.

The team, compromised of entirely freshmen and sophomores, many of whom are likely to be first-round draft picks, will go through drills similar to those at the NBA combine and will also play 3-on-3 and 5-on-5 games, according to Daniels.

SEC Country’s Kyle Tucker reports that previous on-campus combines at UK (the first school to do such a thing) have drawn scouts from every NBA franchise and been televised on ESPN.
